  1. My uncle said to us: ” I buy newspapers every day”.
    My uncle told to us that he buy newspapers every day.
  2. “What do you think of the performance?” asked Peter.
    Peter asked what I thought of the performance.

    My sister asked where I had put her glasses.

  13. ” Are you interested in politics?” asked Bob.
    Bob asked if I was interested in politics.
  14. ” Please, do as I say”, he asked me.
    He asked me to do as he said.
  15. He asked me: ” Have you already translated the article?”.
    He asked me if I had already translated the article.
